We’ve tried to make it as enjoyable and easy to buy beautiful sterling silver jewellery from Isobel Jackson. We hope you enjoy browsing our online jewellery store and when you find a product you like, simply click on ‘Add to basket’. You can then either continue shopping, or click on ‘Checkout’ to complete the simple purchase process.
We accept all major credit cards with payment being made via a Secure (SSL) interface using Stripe or PayPal.
General
The Seller is Isobel Jackson. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.
Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of Sale of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion; no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.
Force Majeure
Isobel Jackson will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Isobel Jackson reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.
Faulty goods
If any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty please contact us immediately before returning anything. We can then provide a return authorisation and record the fault, but sometimes identify the problem if you are in any doubt about the product.
Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a courier or postal service of sufficient value cover and insufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for goods unless or until signed for by authorised personnel of Isobel Jackson at our named official address by registered post.

Gift and E-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the sale date.
Promotions & Codes
Isobel Jackson may, from time to time, run promotions with discount codes or gift with purchase promotions. All promotions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated:
- Only one promotion will be valid per order, per email address or per delivery address. This includes but is not limited to discount codes, promotion codes or any other offer. The Terms and Conditions of the promotion will state if a code can be re-used.
- Promotion codes via email may be locked to that email address.
- Promotion codes and discount codes are only valid on full price items. Such promotions exclude any Sale items, Offer items, Gift Wrap and Gift Cards.
- Newsletter Sign Up Discount Codes: Codes that were given after signing up for the newsletter are valid for 1 month from the date they were received.
- Promotion codes, Discount codes, gift with purchase and any other offers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Promotion codes received via a pop-up will NOT be emailed to you – make sure to write the code down.
- The duration of a promotion will be stated and cannot be backdated.

- The duration of a Sale will be stated and whilst stocks last.
- Sale prices will not be backdated if a product has been purchased prior to the Sale launch.
- We are unable to refund the price difference if a product was purchased full price and currently is discounted.
- Promotion codes, discount codes and gift with purchase promotions are only valid on full price items and exclude Sale items.
- Isobel Jackson offers refunds and exchanges on all sale products.
