Delivery Information
Please note we dispatch all orders via a Tracked Service, for customers’ peace of mind.
UK Delivery Options:
Free Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery when you order over £50 (Dispatched within1-3 working days).
(If the value of your order exceeds £150 we will sometimes dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This normally requires a signature).
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery: £2.95 (Free when spending over £50).
Royal Mail 24hr Tracked Delivery: £3.95 (1-2 Working Days).
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: £7.95
(Royal Mail’s next day delivery service is available on orders placed before midday, Monday-Thursday).
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery services to the following Postcodes: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-KW17, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by email. Royal Mail will contact you separately with your tracking information.
In normal circumstances any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Any next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day and should be delivered on the second working day after the Bank Holiday.
Please note that during busy periods, Christmas, sales, unforeseen restrictions to postal services and other circumstances beyond our control, some parcels may take longer to be delivered.
International Delivery:
Unfortunately we cannot deliver our Jewellery outside of the UK.
