Delivery Charges

FREE Standard UK Delivery:

FREE standard delivery on all UK orders (1-3 working days).

Please note all our orders are delivered by Royal Mail. We send most order via 48hr Tracked but depending on the order value, we may send your parcel via Special delivery, this normally requires a signature, but we will notify you in advance.  

Express Delivery Guaranteed & Next Day Delivery:

Express Delivery guaranteed = £7.95 (2 working days)

Next Day Delivery guaranteed = £9.95
(Next day delivery is available on orders placed before midday, Monday-Thursday), please select when completing payment and checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery services to the following Postcodes: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-KW17, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

Our Express and Next Day* delivery orders are delivered using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. This service is tracked from dispatch right through to delivery and does require a signature on delivery. Our Express service takes 2 working days from order through to delivery.

*Any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Any next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered on the second working day after the Bank Holiday.

Please note that during busy periods, Christmas, sales, unforeseen restrictions to postal services and other circumstances beyond our control some parcels may take longer to be delivered.

Overseas Delivery:

Unfortunately we cannot deliver our Jewellery outside of the UK.
