We want you to love the jewellery you buy from Isobel Jackson as much as we do but in the unlikely event that any of your purchases do not meet with your satisfaction, you may return them to us (subject to conditions) by following the procedure below.

  1. Inform us within 14 days of receipt, that you wish to return your item. You can do this by emailing our Customer Service department on service@isobeljackson.co.uk
  2. We will then email you a Returns Form.
  3. Your item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the Returns Form, according to the following conditions.

 

Conditions

The returned item (unless faulty) must be unworn and undamaged with the original packaging and any tags still attached. The Returns Form must be completed and returned with the item, as well as a copy of your proof of purchase.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any items (unless faulty) that are not returned as above and within the stated timeframe.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds (unless faulty) for the following products:

  • Pierced jewellery (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or bespoke products
  • Gift Vouchers

Isobel Jackson is not responsible for the cost of return postage when products are returned for refund unless the product is faulty or arrives to you damaged.

 

Processing of refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don’t receive or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return to us.

We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. 

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your purchase, please return your item for a refund, following the returns procedure and visit www.isobeljackson.co.uk to place a new order.

 

Guarantee

All Isobel Jackson jewellery comes with a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. Faulty items requiring repair or replacement under the terms of the guarantee must be returned in their entirety with a copy of your proof of purchase.

The Isobel Jackson guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or any accidental damage caused to items.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, please inform us by emailing our Customer Service department on service@isobeljackson.co.uk and we will contact you to resolve the problem.

 

Repairs

Any items requiring repair outside the guarantee period or terms will incur an additional fee, please email service@isobeljackson.co.uk for more information.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
